We are pleased to offer this limited supply of estate grown and hand harvested extra virgin olive oil. This very special blend was made in collaboration with an expert farmer and miller in the lush Santa Ynez Valley of California exclusively for us.
This is a unique blend of Italian varietal olives, which includes Maurino, Frantoio, Arbasano, Taggiasca, Pendolino and Leccino. It has a subtle, fruity flavor of fresh, green olives and a bright peppered finish. It's best drizzled over roasted vegetables, hearty salads and pasta dishes.
